REGIONAL PRODUCTS
Every morning we serve a generous breakfast with local (bio) products: butter, meat and cheeses from local farms that are active in the short chain.
We strive to process the fruits of our vegetable garden according to the season. For example, our chickens offer you a fresh free-range egg every day and we make our own jam with our organically grown fruit. We process the harvest from our highest orchard into organic apple juice.

We like to take your diet into account and offer you an adapted breakfast. Do you need a gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian or vegan breakfast? Give us a call in advance so that we can prepare your arrival.
